    SACHET Relief Services Team

    To provide better services in these tragic moments SACHET management took an initiative and sent a Relief Services team to Tehsil Battal of District Mansehra one of the unattended & severely damaged areas at that time. Relief Team was consisted of 10 members including Doctors, Paramedics, Development Professionals, Relief Workers and volunteers. After analyzing the situation in Battal this team was further divided in to two sub teams to provide better & quick services. Both the teams not only did their specific jobs but also identified and referred the patients to Battal hospital and District Hospital Mansehra for further treatment.

    a) Mobile Medical Team
    b) Relief Goods Distribution Team

    a) Mobile Medical Team

    • Mobile Medical Team visited Ali Kot, Pind Malkan & Gul Pari villages of Tehsil Battal of District Mansehra

    • SACHET Relief Services Team was the first medical team reached there and facilitated a totally damaged Battal Hospital for efficient delivery of health services to the earthquake victims.

    • Provided medical treatment to 335 patients. Details are as under:

      • 135 Children
      • 115 Females
      • 85 Males

    b) Relief Goods Distribution Team
    Following is the list of goods distributed by the Relief Goods Distribution Team

    • Food packs
    • Milk, Juice and water
    • Warm clothing
    • Tents
    • Financial assistance
