Introduction:
What field one should choose so that he or she can built up their best career. That depends upon available resources and one's interest. Interviews and ideas:
Unemployment is a major problem in Pakistan,. If the male is unemployed, he get frustrated and mostly their frustration come out on his family. Because of our customs and conservative thoughts, a girl who may be very intelligent and ambitious has to leave her study or job after marriage. So before choosing their field of study they must have to think of their family system and background and about future life. Then she has to decided whether what is best for us, just an education, or career building education. Because it would be just wastage of resources if she can't pursue her job, study or career in future. It is needed that for women their must be "child care centers" in every working field because for a professional women she has also to look after her children and has also give time to her job. Supportive family is must for a working lady, other wise continuation of her job is not an easy task for her. So for the professional women, like gynecologists, advocates etc. there must be such centers, where they could leave their children during their working hours and feel free to work without any tension. It is a known thing there is always a supportive husband or family behind every professional successful lady. Maloomat segment:
In Pakistan every year, 31,891 girls and 89,205 boys get admissions in professional colleges but about more than 70% girls doesn't continue their study or job mostly after their marriages. GPO segment:
So the cooperation of male is necessary here again. Both man and woman should work together. Sharing in all matters of life and care from male are the needs for a professional woman. Again it is the matter of gender gap. |
